Rhubarb, anyone?

Anyone need some rhubarb? It seems like every year a new plant springs up in the rhubarb zone of our back yard.

Most prairie gardens, especially in rural areas, just don't seem complete without a decent patch of rhubarb. This year a lot of plants are coming up a bit earlier than usual. One of the side effects of climate change, I guess.

I followed some of the reviewers' recommendations to double the rhubarb and reduce the sugar, and it was perfect.
